You’ll work directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our production team — often on the same day damage happens. ### What you’ll do - Perform water extraction, structural drying, and content removal - Set and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA equipment - Assist with mold remediation and containment setup - Complete air duct cleaning jobs on residential and commercial buildings - Document each job with photos, moisture readings, and notes - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers ### What we’re looking for - Reliable, honest, physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Comfortable working evenings / weekends for emergency calls - Restoration experience is a plus — not required.
