Homeowner noticed leaking and was seeing the visual evidence of water damage

The damage in their ceiling was being caused by a leak. Plumbers then came out and repaired leak by cutting access holes into their ceiling.

After taking a peek with our camera inside the ceiling, we discovered the water damge had lead to mold issues!

Thank goodness they did! Mold was discovered that had spread out through a good portion of the ceiling. After mold was removed safely, we were able to patch and re-texture ceiling.

Mold is, unfortunately, a fairly common household nuisance. It's a fungus that can be found almost anywhere.
